The myACCESS tab enables remote connectivity to your HMI. Learn more about myACCESS here.
Note: You can access this tab only when the myPRO container is active.
Without the myPRO container, the device will not connect well to the myACCESS server.
To activate myACCESS, upload the config file from the myACCESS portal on our website and set “myACCESS Connect” to “ON”.
Furthermore, toggle the myPRO V9 container in the versions tab to “Stop/Run”. Following this, your device should connect to the access server, establishing remote connectivity. If it doesn’t, please verify that your ISP isn’t blocking the ports needed for the myACCESS server connection.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If your myPRO runtime is running on a different port than 80 HTTP and 443 HTTPS the myACCESS won’t be working you have to use default ports
